A simple employment contract for full-time junior members of staff, includes a brief health and safety policy and a no smoking policy for the organisation’s premises.
Please note: This contract must be adapted to suit a pro rata, part-time employee and to clarify the working hours, remuneration, holidays and sick leave pay. You will need a separate job description for the role. The contract requires you to have separate disciplinary and grievance procedures, equality and diversity code and holiday policy in place.
