Attending safeguarding training is one of the ways to improve the environment of children and young people in our care. In addition to meeting mandatory and regulatory requirements, raising awareness of risks, behaviour changes and pathways to dealing with concerns will sensitise attendees to note and act upon issues which impact the safety and security of children.
