LinkEd Service gains Matrix accreditation

Interlink is delighted to announce the award of Matrix accreditation to the LinkEd service to schools.

Matrix is the main quality assurance framework for information, advice and guidance services  (IAG) offered in the public and voluntary sector.   It is awarded after rigorous external assessment and comprehensive review of services and interviews with staff, users and stakeholders.

The Matrix report commented that the LinkEd is

‘…people centred and treats each client as an individual. They fully support clients to understand at times their complex needs, and help them to navigate barriers, whilst improving confidence and ultimately empowering them to meet the challenges of school development and compliance.

 The service has well developed strategic and operational links with appropriate professional networks and agencies with specific reference to education, compliance and school development.

 These relationships along with specific collaborations have and continue to shape the service , and deliver a number of successful approaches in meeting the challenges and opportunities of the independent school sector, and clients accessing information, advice, guidance and support.

 The delivery is recognised by partners as providing effective targeted support for clients and is achieving positive outcomes such as improving compliance and Ofsted grading.’
