We are launching an exciting new ‘product’ in our safeguarding training offer: supervision groups for Designated Safeguarding Leads, Headteachers and other Senior Leaders with safeguarding responsibilities, such as SENDCOs. Being responsible for safeguarding can be a challenging and isolating job. It has become expected practice for DSLs to have supervision, to share good practice and get support with the emotional and practical burden of safeguarding responsibilities.
